Besides guiding young minds and shaping bright futures, working as a mentor will strengthen your leadership capabilities along with your subject knowledge. Your work as a mentor will be credited and showcased on our website as part of student projects and through the Pitch Days & Annual Summit, further cementing your credibility as an expert in your field.

Ours is a selective community of driven and inquisitive high school students who are eager to learn and explore. In special cases, we may extend invitations to exceptional middle school, college students and young professionals if they align with our values and goals. We encourage students to take initiative, as they will be expected to put in the independent effort required to complete small, focused research projects. This community thrives on curiosity, determination, and the willingness to dive deep into learning!

Students are expected be located all over the world, especially US & Asia! When relevant, our mentors should be able to coordinate across time zones. In the rare case that it is not feasible, we will not match that student with you in 1:1 project.

We recognize the immense value that high-impact professionals would bring to the menternship experience.

While we understand that these mentors’ primary motivation for participating in our program is not financial gain, we would like to appreciate their commitment and effort beyond their regular employment, with a competitive honorarium.

Mentor’s compensation will be determined based on their expertise, experience, and education (and also on the student ratings & demand for the mentor).

Mentoring with us is designed to be a rewarding and enjoyable experience, free from unnecessary pressure. In addition to the scheduled 1hr sessions with student(s), mentors are not expected to spend huge amount of time preparing for sessions. This journey is centered around your student’s project, and your role is to guide and support them in their exploration. Embrace the collaborative spirit and focus on fostering creativity and growth!

Upon successful completion of your project, the payment will be transferred to your bank account.
