Project Background
Enhancing the customer experience (CX) is a key driver of success for premium restaurants. This project, modeled after Harvard’s renowned case study approach, empowers students to explore CX strategies employed by brands like Wagamama and Nando’s. Over six weeks, participants will learn how to collect and analyze customer feedback, identify pain points, and leverage AI tools to develop actionable CX improvements. By the end of the project, students will create a professional report and presentation, showcasing their recommendations for enhancing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. This hands-on experience helps students stand out in university applications while gaining real-world insights into data-driven problem-solving.
